Current Strategic Partners
gorta’s strategic partners with organisations based in the South have formed over a number of years. Interactions with these long term and trusted partners has enabled gorta to learn important lessons for application in its cooperation with partners in its priority countries. These partnerships also contribute to gorta’s knowledge in terms of its five thematic areas and in relation to the monitoring and evaluation of projects funded. Finally, it is from these partnerships that important innovations can be developed that can be transferred to partners in our priority countries. Two of the strategic partners gorta currently works with are SCAD in India and ADWAC in the Gambia.
