Gorta launches New Lifetime Gifts Catalogue
From Mosquito nets to Tree Planting, Gorta offers an array of innovative gift ideas that are examples of how we work in developing countries and provide practical support to those most in need.
Today, Monday, 26th November, Gorta launched its new action packed Lifetime Gift catalogue, full of really useful gift ideas for Christmas and throughout the year. Provide truly life-changing gifts to those most in need and in return we will send you a beautifully designed gift card to present to your loved ones.
How it works
Choose a gift and fill out the order form provided. We will send you a card describing the item in the catalogue and how critical this support has been to individuals and communities. You can then give this card to a friend, family member or work colleague.
This is where your money goes
All money you spend on your chosen gift goes directly to five project funds which Gorta has established. As an example, if you purchase a vaccination, your money goes directly to the Community Healthcare fund or if you purchase a blackboard with chalk, your money goes to the Education Fund. Gorta’s project funds, are as follows:
- Food Security
- Water Security
- Community Healthcare
- Education
- Livelihoods
